CyeXX, Inc. is under no obligation to offer a refund for any properly rendered services. In the event a subscription-based customer requests cancellation CyeXX, Inc. will complete all of the previously paid subscription. CyeXX, Inc. is not required to refund contracted work, unless otherwise specified in that contract.
All refund payments will be sent to the customer in the form of a CyeXX, Inc. company check via the billing address of that account.
Automated Recurring Billing
CyeXX, Inc. provides subscription based services where the customer chooses the billing cycle at time of sign up. The services are automatically renewed and the account is charged on the first day of every new billing cycle. This helps prevent interruptions of service, late payments, and contact-related problems. CyeXX, Inc. will continue to provide services until a subscription has been properly canceled.
For your security CyeXX, Inc. can only accept cancellation requests in the following forms:
CyeXX, Inc. will not honor cancellation requests in any other form. CyeXX, Inc. will confirm all canellations via email, this email is "proof" of the cancellation.
- A cancellation request from the email address currently on file.
- A signed, written request along with a legible copy of photo identification (such as a driverís license).
